The Obama Administration recently signaled it was willing to discuss concessions about bases in Okinawa. (The discussions occurred during his visit to Asia last and this week, in particular his visit to Japan last week and his meetings with Prime Minister Hatayama, Based on that signal... that the U.S. is willing to entertain discussions... how will this question be settled? Should the question be voided?
