The tournament is a round robin format with eight players divided in two groups of four players each. The round robin will determine the four players for the semi-finals with the format thereafter being an elimination competition. The winner of each group will be placed in separate semi-final brackets, with the top player in Group A playing the runner-up in Group B, and vice versa. All singles matches will be the best of three tie-break sets.
