Kirchner, Rudd, Sarkozy, Erdogan and Brown are all up for re-election/replacement before 12-21-12.

da Silva, Jintao, Calderon and the EU President cannot be in office on 12-21-12.

Barring resignation, impeachment, etc., the other leaders should remain in office until at least 12-22-12.
