Will the normal SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket have its maiden launch in February, 2010?
Falcon 9 is currently set for a March 8 launch. Although it is possible this launch date is not kept, it is more than highly unlikely to be pushed forward to February (and in the event that it did, this question would be resettled)

Background:>
The Falcon 9 will be the launch vehicle for the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft. The Falcon 9 and Dragon combination won a Commercial Resupply Services (CRS) contract from NASA to resupply the International Space Station under the Commercial Orbital Transportation Services program.
Elon Musk, SpaceX's founder and chief executive, said the Falcon 9 launch won't happen before early February, but the high-tech tycoon cautioned not to read into target dates.
"I definitely want to be clear about any dates that are specified by SpaceX because it's often mischaracterized in the media as SpaceX delays again or some nonsense like that," Musk told Spaceflight Now. "The only thing we can really predict with some degree of accuracy, at least, is when the rockets will get to the launch pad."
