Will the Australian Federal Government introduce mandatory Internet filtering by October?
Background: The Aus Govt plans to introduce mandatory filtering of the internet at the ISP level, as explained here: http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/12/15/2772781.htm.
Settlement details:This question will settle as yes if, by suspend date, legislation has been given royal assent that compels one or more ISPs to block access to any number of websites. As reported by The Commonwealth Government Notices Gazette.
