Will any pictures of "House of Horror," Josef Fritzl's family be released by the media by the end of May?

Settled as Yes

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/austria/1922110/Austria-The-horror-of-being-Frau-Fritzl.html

Background:

Since the release of the story about Josef Fritzl, the Austrian who confessed to locking his daughter in his basement for 24 years, photos of Josef, a video of Josef, and photos of the basement have been released.

Authorities have also suggested that they were looking in to the possibility of giving new identities to the family.

Thus far, no photographs of Josef's wife, daughter, or children have been released by the media.

Will any photographs of Josef's wife, daughter, or children be released (either intentionally, accidentally or by someone leaking them) by the end of the month?

Since there have been pictures of the daughter as a little girl, we would have to qualify current pictures of the daughter to settle as a 'yes.'

Makes sense to me. That was my intention, as they were discussing possibly changing their identity. Looks like someone wagered heavily in the other direction. Also, noted in the question was "wife, daughter, or children."

I am sorry but this is just a freakin' sick story and that SOB deserves to die!
I won't bet on it as it brings more attention to this F-in monster!

new ID's wont help much if they have thier photos splashed across international media... I'm going to say no here I think

@ Lucid: Yes, he deserves to die but I'm not sure if the Austrians have a death penalty. As far as I know most of Europe is against that sort of thing! Maybe this will change their minds...

Why would we change our minds? We don't want to be like China over here in Europe.

ok, pay for this guy's living expenses until he dies then...

Or maybe he will even go free one day, in Spain the MAX penalty for murder is 20 years in prison. He didn't kill anyone, so he should go free sooner than that I guess? Anyone know what Austria's laws are regarding his crimes (you know, imprisoning his daughter and raping her for 24 years)? He even covered up when one of the children died!

Saw this in one of the articles...."Fritzl faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted on rape charges, the most grave of his alleged offenses. However, prosecutors said Tuesday they were investigating whether he can be charged with "murder through failure to act" in connection with the infant's death. That is punishable by up to 20 years in prison."

hm, so they plan to charge him with separate things like rape, murder, and illegal imprisonment to beef up the sentence. The problem is none of them would hold him forever by themselves and he might beat one or more of the charges.

If you'd have a gun and the opportunity, you'd rather do it yourself, don't you? Just in affect. Without trial.
Just like in the wild west or the middle ages.

I thought, mankind would make progress. But you show me, George W. actually did what was expected from him by his people.

errr, I've got my stake back (half an hour ago) because the question was voided?
but the question has settled "YES"?

Same here. H$'s appear in my voided column, while it appears that this was settled as "yes." Can anyone explain, please?

This is the second question that I've seen tonight where the question was settled, but H$s showed up under voided. Wonder if there's a glitch. I flagged for review.

Let me look into this. If the prediction was made after the article date/time, it automatically voids. A lot of people are saying it was voided, so it might be a glitch. I'll investigate guys.

I was just informed that the cutoff time was set to 2008-05-05 03:50:00, so the voids were all correct. Sorry!

the voids were NOT all correct. I had alot of money on this question prior to 05-05-08 and it was all voided. that is BS!!
