Will more than five of the heads of state that comprise the permanent members of the G8 Summit meeting in Tokyo on July 7-9th this year be considered, within their own countries, to be more conservatively orientated than liberally orientated?

Voided

Unfortunately the market asks a subjective question. We can't know what the benchmark will be for conservative or liberal and also users have different options on who is conservative and who is liberal so the market can't be fairly settled.

Settlement details: As reported by a major mainstream news source.

Being considered more "...conservatively orientated than liberally orientated..." then who? What / who is the average benchmark?

I concede, even while researching this question the general descriptions of these leaders varied quite a bit, however it was interesting that several could be easily tagged as being of a more conservative stance than previous attendees, obvious ones are Bush (US), Harper (Canada) and Brown (UK)
