Will anyone be arrested in connection with the shooting of sea lions on the Columbia River?

Background:
Six sea lions have been found dead in Columbia River traps. State and federal law officers say they appear to have been shot.
Fishermen have circulated petitions to kill some of the animals, and some have been illegally shot. But this weekend's shooting of six of them is the biggest such incident, and could force wildlife officers to alter their trapping methods.
