Will these restaurants combined have less than 3,728 locations by the end of June?

Will the combined number of wholly owned and franchise locations for the following US based, family-style restaurants be less than 3,728 locations?
Rising fuel costs have put a major pinch on family style eating establishments, per their individual websites on 5/5/08 the following was the total count of locations: IHOP 1,353, T.G.I.Friday (all) 926, Ruby Tuesday's 879, Cracker Barrel 570. My prediction is that for this group, the total number of locations will decline by July 1st.
