Will the Myanmar Junta be accused of using the terrible Cyclone tragedy to either cover up past murders of political dissenters or to murder current dissenters?

Last year, the Myanmar government was accused of a harsh crackdown on monks and students.... will they be accused of discarding dead bodies from those crackdowns amongst the cyclone victims or otherwise murder pollitical prisoners or other dissenting citizens and blame their deaths on the storm? No proof is necessary, just a mainstrem source reporting that they are being accused of such a thing....
