Which movie will earn more "The Incredible Hulk vs. The Happening" opening weekend?

This question asks, which one of THESE two movies, will earn more during their opening weekend (June 13th, 14th and 15th)? ..... The possible outcomes are set up as this, if "The Incredible Hulk" opens with $10,099,999 MORE than "The Happening," then the "The Incredible Hulk by $10.0 million or Less" WILL WIN, however, if the "The Incredible Hulk" earns $10,100,000 MORE than "The Happening," then the "The Incredible Hulk by $10.1 million or More" WILL WIN. The same rules apply for "The Happening." As of the posting of this question, HSX.com is predicting these two films will be less than $6 million apart during their opening weekend, but this has been a crazy year so far with lots of surprises, so anything could happen. ..... This question suspends on Friday the 13th of June at 6pm PST and will be Settled by Monday evening the 16th of June..... I just saw the trailors for both of these when I saw Ironman last week, and I was totally into the happening until its name popped up... the name is extremely lame!
This is not looking good for The Happening huh?
Here's the FRIDAY ONLY Box Office Numbers:
#1 ... $20.0 million ... The Incredible Hulk
#2 ... $13.0 million ... The Happening
And it looks pretty certain that Iron Man will make the $300 million mark within a few weeks as it stands at a mighty $293.674 million as of Fridays B.O. where it is still in the #8 slot bringing in $1.46 million, however, Indiana Jones 4 doesn't look like it can keep Iron Man's rock solid pace and will likely end up short of $300 million.
Therefore, our final hope for the Summer B.O. Season to have anyone beat Iron Man, looks to be Batman or Wall-E ... Can either of these pull of a victory late in summer or will Iron Man's fantastic start to all this hoopla hold it's ground an take the prize?
