betted heavily on no, a games rating will not be changed unless further content is uncovered like happened with the hot coffee scandal. this is a silly thing for anyone to try to do, a game can't be rated becuase of politics. What if ninty made a Mario game where he was a vampire and went around sucking blood and it was super gory, still rated E because Mario's a kid friendly face!?!!
