Will the U.S. Army confiscate Iraqi Oil to repay Americans for the war expense and debt?

Voided

This market is too ambiguous to settle. Also the initial odds are kind of off. We can't really prove why the oil would be taken. And how would confiscate be defined? I'd suggest possibly asking if there would be reports of the Army confiscating oil.

Background:

Oil for arms and an army- The Iraq war was to be partialy funded by Iraqi oil, Now Iraq contends America owes them for all new infrastructure, and refuses to even sell oil to our front line military in Iraq at a discounted price. This is Not what Americans signed up for. The basis for the snubbing of American forces- we were not asked to invade Iraq, said said Abdul Basit, the head of Iraq's Supreme Board of Audit, an independent body that oversees Iraqi government spending.

Settlement details: As reported by a major mainstream news source.
