Hats off to all you creative HD's! Even though I took the day off yesterday I see that incubation of my idea to stiumulate soem creative competition is bearing fruit, I'm way impressed, this is much more hilarious than just forecasting a game winner or an exchange movement. I do believe that covers all of the categories, if someone can actually come up with something like this, this week that actually happens it will qualify all the way. And if it can be done in the 90 character limit I propose some kind of honorary recognition, like a bi-line under the name HUbDub on the welcome page, or something. Anyone else care to take a stab & this?? Jenni perhaps. Y'all have made my day.

@cognos - I will support letting you return to jerjustrolling. It is obvious that this $1 comeback is failing. I would like to see you have that larger bankroll so you can wager on more positions. Well in general I just love people who talk a big talk. Those who say they are great at prediction markets and claim to be two heartbeats away from true power in America. I find that those people are usually the ones who when they fall from grace, are immediately silent. Jerjustrolling and Cognos was averaging 5-7 comments a day, and had a thousand different predictions active at one time, but when thier LUCK runs out, and time catches up to them, you see them quickly recede into obscurity. Our friend Blueseamiami also use to boast he was the greates player of all time. I like the users like crudsy who just continues to let his net worth speak for him.
I think for hubdub to continue to grow, we should look at starting new accounts at 10k. This way they have the money to use the same strategies that those with large portfolios can use and it will give them a better feel of moving up the leaderboard. I feel that users who are below 100 hubdollars should receive 100 hubdollars a day until thier accounts reach 1000. This game is just too difficult to play with no money.

I have never stated or even hinted that I was the greatest player of all time.
I switched to cognos on principle, something you apparently do not understand.
I don't need to 'soar near the top' to get my yayas off, like you do.

By the way, I do have a real job, and managing 1k+ predictions was taking more time than I had each day, so I've backed off. Why do you always try to claim it was because I 'fell from grace'. Last time I checked, jersjusttrolling was #13 on the all-time leaderboard, and that is with no management or interference by me in over 5 weeks.

So, get a life, just don't include me in your rants.
I've lost so much respect for you. You call people your friends, and then you go on these slash and burn parties. You must be taking some really lousy drugs.

I have cancelled my therapy session this week, since I already have all the insight I need, and it didn't cost me nothing from a person two heartbeats away from the true power in America. I wish you well and know with your wonderful prediction talents you will soon overtake me on the leaderboard. One last note, since you obviously have much better drugs than I do (who else stated clearly that obama was dropping out by April 30th, and claimed to have information no one else knew was withholding from the hubdub community), could you please let me know what you are taking, those have to be wonderful drugs for helping boost a meager person into believing they are better than everyone.

Fingers put this terrific question together for us quite like a HUBDUB PICNIC!

A chance for all of us to get together, celebrate creativity and the fun we have had on hubdub, and just plain enjoy the comraderie...NO spitzering...NO spelling games...A couple of laughs at ourselves (me included)...and a really good natured prediction question. What a treat!

Even the admins smiled and left this one alone. With ALL of the other questions that have been voided in the last week, this one was seen in good faith and good humor (humour).

AND THEN, two brothers-in-law, both respected members of our family, come to the picnic and just MUST have a poke at each other...I guess that's what a picnic is all about...

Quick question, why does it say its suspending in 10 years? Is it going to be sitting for 90 years with all this money not doing anything?

i think it's because our little computer goes crazy thinking about creating a 100 year market ... just tried suspending in 2107 but it brought the date back to 2018.
