Virginia is slowly turning into a battleground state in the south. Obama won the state in the primaries so can he duplicate that result in the general?
Virginia may be a hard state to crack but reaping it provides ample votes and delegates.
The states governor and senator (Jim Webb) are both seen as possible running mates for Obama and if chosen could deliver Virginia on a silver platter.
