I was just about to ask if there were updates on this story, as the last I heard she had never been arrested nor charged and continues to deny involvement. However, I finally found the update - which came out about half an hour ago. You're quick, mork! :)

hm, definitely she did something wrong but it seems that we may not have a law that fits the crime.... I hope she doesn't get away and that a senator somewhere is paying attention enough to write a proper law regarding cyber bullying of this nature, which is both very serious and personal.

Drew will stand trial on July 26, and if convicted, could face up to 20 years in prison.
