I guess the odds should have been different for July; (luckily) I don't haff teh power to change the question. Either my flag was ignored, or Ryan is on hols..
I'd sent you an email, but I guess it wasn't delivered. I will be changing the market end date to the start of December, as that should be sufficient time for the market to run its course.

Yes that is correct. Rove must testify before December 2008 for the market to settle as a yes.
