Will a ransom be paid to recover the crew and/or ship hijacked Saturday?

Background:
The Victoria, a Jordanian ship delivering 4,000 tons of donated sugar was seized by Somali pirates Saturday morning. Will their be a ransom paid to recover the ship and/or its crew.
In April, the 26 crew of a Spanish fishing boat were released after being seized by pirates, and a reported ransom of $1.2m (£600,000) was paid.
