Will there be a regime change in Mynamar before September 1st, 2008?

Background:

With the recently relaxed restriction on foreign aid workers being allowed into the devasted areas of Mynamar, the extent of the catastrophe will now be more apparent to the world. Regimes that are authoritarian thrive best when cloaked in secrecy. Will there, for any reason, be a regime change in Mynamar this summer defined as either an election, or that the top three regarded most politically powerful people will have been replaced?
