LUCASVILLE Ohio has executed a 5-foot-7, 267-pound double murderer who argued he was too fat to die humanely by lethal injection.

Richard Cooey died at 10:28 a.m. Tuesday at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville.

Referring to the suspension date? Or ???

It is set before 12/31, but I would prefer it to be set a few days earlier....maybe the 24th or 26th.
