Will Broadcom ex-CEO Henry T. Nicholas III flee the country before June 16 (08)?

Settled as No

No reports stating that Henry has flow the coup

Background:

Even more charges have now come on top of a broader probe into one of the biggest stock-option backdating scandals among many that rocked corporate America when they started surfacing two years ago. What a story!
My thoughts are that if he had a warehouse of drugs like that and didn't feel his safety or well-being was threatened, he must have very strong ties with organized crime.
He doesn't strike me as a Harley Davidson enthusiast. I suspect It was a big chunk of his $billion that holds these ties.
If they have evidence and don't hold onto him, I'd say they have a big problem.
Considering the history of the 'war on drugs' it is a disgrace that this guy has been allowed to get away with this while so many otherwise peaceful people are languishing in American prisons for being caught with a few grams of marijuana.

On the morning after the Worldcom fiasco was first reported, I was greeted by a business partner who said to me "It looks like my cousin is in a world of (fresh 4letter word here)".
I replied with "I do not believe in the death penalty, but I think a guy like that they should throw away the key".
The look he had on his face; I decided to cut all association with him.
I find myself repulsed and disgusted by the picture of the subject of this matter.
My desire to forgive allows me hope he and Bernard Ebbers can share a cell and provide comfort to eachother.

Thanks for letting me vent.
