Will the GAO find fault in the US Air Force selection of new aerial refueling tankers?

Settled as Yes

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008004105_apboeingtankerfight.html

Background:

The US Air Force narrowed the manufacturers to two. First, a joint venture between Northrup Grumman and European Aeronautic Defense and Space Co. (EADS), essentially Airbus. The second - Boeing.
The selection processes has been mired in accusations of fraud and turmoil for years. Finally, February 29th, The US Air Force announced their decision to award the contract - estimated at between $35 and $40 Billion with an eventual cost to replace the entire fleet of 500 planes at over $100 Billion - to Airbus, much to Boeing's dismay.
Boeing has launched an enormous campaign including full page ads in National newspapers including the New York Times along with aggressive talks with government insiders and business leaders in an effort to encourage a review of the deal.
Finally, the General Accounting Office has agreed to review the selection process and offer a ruling on the selection. Though not bound by such a ruling, the Air Force would certainly be required to explain their selection in an environment in which they most certainly are reluctant to do so. Having just terminated two officers for the allowing nuclear weapons to be transported (in error) across the US and multiple announcements of misplaced nuclear weapons, the Air Force can ill afford such publicity.
This market should be settled as no if the GAO finds no fault in the selection process, offers no warnings to the Air Force, suggests no additional review or, in any way suggests that the Air Force acted appropriately in their selection process.

The GAO has announced that a decision will be made by June 19th so this will be suspended prior to midnight on the 18th.

Settlement details: As reported by a major mainstream news source.
