Will a Florida Swingers Club stop sex parties or close down by July 1st?

Melbourne officials and an irritated landlord want to close the Hunt Club which is based inside a house in the rustic Oak Groves subdivision.
Club operators Richard Spalding and Kirsi Page face $250 daily code enforcement fines if they host swingers' parties after Thursday.
A lease termination notice was delivered to the house, effective June 30. Otherwise, beginning July 1, the club operators must start paying double rent, or $123.33 per day.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the Hunt Club of Brevard's Web site was no longer online. But the following message was posted prior to its deactivation:
"We were a group of people who liked to just hang out and bother no one. Unfortunately neither the press nor the neighbors could leave us alone. The neighbors have even gone as far as to threaten our lives," the message stated.
"So we've decided to accept career opportunities elsewhere and move on. We will miss you all and remember you fondly always."
