I agree with you -- and that might settle one of the four options for this market ... it's settling the other three options successfully that's problematic.
sorry, but i think we outnumber y'all on hubdub...
Might want to include either wording or options to include "with US Flag" or "no US Flag flown with UAE flag".
Maybe other users will have other suggestions.

Aha! You've hit the nail on the head... It's got to be maddening to think that you (they) are prepared to spend hundred of millions to control this building, which can never actually leave US soil, but that they would be prohibitted, either actually or by convention, from putting their name (flag) on it. This is why I created the market, similar controversy has occured at other big prominent landmarks when new owners come on the scene.
