Will it be reported that any Afghan neighbors will "pile on" & invade Afghan. in July 08?

Notoriously hard to attack, and harder to withdraw from, Afganistan is currently having difficulties in the area of Kandahar involving Taliban fighters. Often bordering countries will take the occasion of a distracted neighbor to wrestle control of disputes lands, attack or otherwise pester a neighbor when said neighbor (country) is deployed on another front.

This question is speculating on whether one of Afghanistan's many neighboring countries; Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, China or Pakistan will send uninvited, uniformed, military personnel into Afganistan during the month of July.
