Hubdub is growing and we need your help! So we're looking to hire a number of passionate Hubdubbers to join our Admin team. If you know anything about Hubdub, you'll realise that we can't offer you an earth-shatteringly good benefits package, but what we can offer is the opportunity to:

Job Description & Requirements

We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic Hubdubbers to help administer and promote the site. We're looking for people who can demonstrate:

• an in-depth knowledge of current affairs (in one or more Hubdub categories)
• logical thought, clear judgement, level-headedness and excellent written English
• strong people focused approach
• good experience of and passion for social networking and social media sites
• experience of internet marketing (desirable)
• ability to cope with working in a self-directed manner
• genuine enthusiasm about Hubdub

Responsibilities

• take ownership of one or more Hubdub categories, including editing, settling and voiding questions in discussion with users, super users and question creators
• respond in an effective and timely manner to Hubdubbers flags and settlement requests
• monitor category/categories for spam and track comments as they unfold
• connect and promote Hubdub, category/categories and questions to bloggers, online communities and social media sites
• come up with and execute fun and novel ways to market Hubdub
• provide support and cover to other category editors as necessary
