I agree. He was not even in the event; therefore, both options are not applicable, and the 200 I bet on this weeks and weeks ago was lost, even though he was not even there.
Kind of a silly question if you think about it, considering that a new President won't be sworn n in until 2009, thus any perspective President wanting to do this would have to wait until January 20th of next year (at the absolute earliest) to get this ball rolling.
