That needs to be clarified if it will have a baring on the outcome of the prediction. My initial thought is that it was a state by state decision and that if any state implemented it the market would settle as yes so Please clarify this.
according to this article http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,24429953-661,00.html?from=public_rss she will have to stand trial and be housed in a building near the court house. The only thing that is not clear is when the facilities will be available to move her in there. Will this happen? Probably Will this happen by the suspend date? Probably not but I bet on it anyways after all it's only money right?
I tried pinging at two different times. 12:00 am and 9:00 am there is a big difference between the two times. Sorry I didn't write down the time difference but I'll do it again tonight and write it down this time. The 12:00 am ping was only a few millisecs though. I also tried the www2 address and got a blank page under the hubdub logo.

As a diabetic I fight with my weight on a daily basis. I can't imagine being fined because I go over what they think is a safe weight when my doctor monitors my weight weekly. Thankfully I'm not "Fat" but I am overweight by about 20 pounds. I can foresee this one going to court.
Middle of the night speeds are quick as lightening but early am speeds are slow as molasses.

I would support a larger daily allotment especially since I have been here for a few months and still haven't hit 3000 yet.

I've actually wondered about that myself. May need some clarification from admin if the question doesn't get answered. It is a very remote area. Not much news comes out of that area.
I messed up this question description. Comscore figures in July show that Google is ahead of Yahoo in June. The question applies to the August Report for July so this shouldn't invalidate the question. I've sent a flag asking that it be corrected.
Top 50 Properties

Google Sites maintained its #1 position in the Top Properties ranking, reaching 140.2 million Americans in June, narrowly edging out Yahoo! Sites with 140.1 million, while Microsoft Sites ranked third with 119.7 million visitors. Apple Inc. moved up two positions to #10 as consumers swooned over the next generation Apple iPhone, which was announced in June. Disney Online and Adobe Sites each gained four spots to numbers 21 and 22, respectively.

Are the 3 lenders listed for July included in the total lenders?
OK I'm starting to think that comscore isn't going to release this information this month. Lots of releases this month from them but all have to do with May 2008 or European markets.
Based on the wording of the question I didn't realize that the cut off was in July I thought it was open until decided.
Search on July 4, 2008 does not show that comscore has released thier figures yet. The only numbers that are out are the french numbers which are not what we were using. Since I put in the results tab that the comscore report wouldn't be out till around the 10th then I think we should honor the comscore results.
kinda got the impression that maybe hubby woke up? or at least she thought he did.
http://www.comscore.com/press/release.asp?press=2270 man that took some work to find.

Google Sites maintained its #1 position in the Top Properties ranking, reaching 143.4 million Americans in May. Yahoo! Sites ranked second with nearly 143 million visitors, followed by Microsoft Sites with 121.3 million visitors. Time Warner – Excluding AOL moved up one position to #9 with 56 million visitors. IRS.gov jumped 14 positions to #20 with 31 million visitors, propelled by Americans checking the status of tax refunds and stimulus checks.

http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/06/18/comscore-may-search-data-google-yahoo-up-microsoft-slides/ any chance this article answers the question? Sorry about the previous settlement request I didn't read the article fully.
