Anti-Satalite weapons 'kill' the satalite by basicaly ramming the target at incredibly high speed to render it useless. Even if the ASAT hits the target it is very unlikely that the satalite will blow up in any fashion. What is far more likely is that it will be hit by the asat and remain in orbit for some interval before re-entering the atmosphere. Just because the satalite is hit andrendered useless by the ASAT does not mean that it will blow-up into tiny pieces. Again there are no explosives involved with this in any way so the ASAT hit will not 'blow-up' the satalite.

Correction: Hillary does not have more delagates than Obama, however, considering her connections she will be able to line up more super delagates than Obama. The only thing she has to worry about is an Obama Edwards ticket which might give her a serious run for her money.

Considering Hilary is the front runner in national polls and has the most delegates it's a safe bet that she wil be the eventual nominee. She aslo has the connections that Obama lacks.

Considering they have 16.80% market share now breaking 18% would be a pretty big increase. I don't think that will appen in the course of 2 months.
