If I understand you right, you know how the question should settle (from your point of view).
In this case, you could use the "request settlement" function (click that link just beneath the possible answers). This allows you to send a message directly to the category editor. Provide in your request the winning outcome and a link to show the media reports which back that request up.
In this case, though, there might be a slight chance the question is going to be voided even now it has suspended. Seems there has been quite a controversial about the intention/meaning of the question which ain't completely clarified.
Technically spoken there is nothing I can do for you what you can't do yourself. Asking the question creator might not suffice because settlement is done by the cat-ed.
