The Dunwoodie market was settled correctly. The problem was that the confirmation hearing where she was confirmed was actually on July 23rd ( http://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/legislative/one_item_and_teasers/noms_confn.htm ). Thats why your last prediction was voided it was done on the 28th.

A lot of my markets get voided and I have to XXL them, adjust them and resubmit, I assume that's not what you're talking about.... right? You are saying that you get identical dupes in succession, right? I'm really sorry, if you'd like go ahead and unfriend me, I'm really not intending for them to go out more than once. It's really odd, I have 57 people in my friends list and whenever I broadcast my questions to my friends list it's all or none, I don't pick out certain people, but you are the only one to mention this problem, I think you said last time 6 times (!) I think you only get one flag (I don't know if that was changed or not)... if you CAN re-flag, then do, otherwise posting in comments is the way to go (although you can also use the "Contact Us" link in the "Help Section" ... which will get then get forwarded to the appropriate Category Editor)

I read your comments in the thread about "monetary" punishment. I just wonder if one of the contractors received a "reprimand" from one of their superiors, if that wouldn't be considered by some as a "punishment".

ALL of these "clarification requests" you see, BTW, are done solely to try to avoid problems at Settlement Time" ... sometimes users perceive questions like what I'm asking you as being "nit-picky" or "too technical", etc. -- but really, it's all about trying to have a smooth, fun time -- with easy settlements ;-)

BTW -- the "Shout" function on HD is pretty lame (and I'm told "it's on the 'The List' of things to get fixed".)

In order for YOU to send a shout to me (or any other user) you have to click on their user name -- or otherwise get to their profile, and leave YOUR shout on THEIR profile.

Otherwise, your shout "stays" on YOUR profile page, and the person you think you are "sending" it to won't ever know! (Unless, like me:-0 they come back and look ;-)

ty Roger...it includes any form of punishment...have flagged for change of wording...can I reflag or do I wait????and it is one of the saddest things I have seen. A Navy Seal's mom was on tv last week reporting how it took so long to find out how her son died in the shower by electrocution..they said he was holding an electric appliance while showering...she said no way he would do that...but there are others too and these contractors are reprehensible

A question -- does "punishment" include *any* form of punishment (monetary as well as imprisonment)?
