Researched the qualifications for President further and "Article Two of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications to be eligible for election as President. A Presidential candidate must: be a natural-born citizen of the United States."

Therefore choosing non U.S citizen would indicate that you believe it is more likely that there are constitutional amendments and a non "US citizen" such as Governor Schwarzeneger ran for President and won.

Yes sorry for the confusion, what I meant was a Non USA national. The reason being that a foreign national cannot be elected president hence the low starting odds. Its assuming that the law will be changed...
