The net worth amount displayed on your profile adds up the current worth of your predictions plus your cash.
Seems that your predictions lost worth. That does not mean the money is gone.
If people bet on the same option as you, your prediction gets an higher value. Whenever people bet on other options, your stake loses value. On settlement though, you get the money you were promised at the time you made your stake - if your prediction was right. So it actually only matters when you want to cash in your prediction.
It just like buying and selling on the stock market.
