Looks like pretty much everyone agrees it's about who he's on the books of.

Given that we have had to define the meaning of the word 'by' in our rules (I don't actually agree with the rules on it - I think by is obviously inclusive, but it seems like people we ask are 50-50 split on it...), this is a fairly run-of-the-mill disagreement.

Hey, looks like you're doing pretty well. I only wish I had time to actually play Hubdub more... Well, that and follow rugby league - I have no idea who's where anymore.

And yes, Mugabe is certainly only eligible for the over-50s plan, where you get a free carriage clock when you sign up, and a guaranteed lump sump goes to your relatives to help with funeral expenses*. Although technically I think there'd probably people queuing up to help dispose of the body.

* I don't watch daytime TV you understand - it's just on in the background...
