I bassed by prediuction on the wording of the question which does not say storm related deaths it says "Hurricane". I take that as only storm realted fatalitys in the US durring a time in which the storm was classified as a Hurricane.
Why did it suspend before stated time? I've seen many sporting event markets continue well after the start time. As long as they close before the end!
