Regarding the option related to 'ape' species are apes defined as

This means, other primates such as lemurs, lorises, tarsiers,langurs and monkeys are not considered "apes"?

Just wanted to clarify that for option 4, "Does not return to Swans by suspension date" it'll be settled only if Barry is still suspended by the Swans, but not dismissed.

To settle as "Joins another club by suspension date" he'll have to be dismissed by the club, or have left the club, and joined another club.

refers to an underground bunker, not a house. Although hydroponic equipments were found the cannabis plants were grown in an under ground bunker. To qualify for a cannabis house the following will need to be met
a) A residential property (with above ground structure) is used
b) A room, or rooms in the property used to cultivate hydroponic plants
c) Cannabis is found growing inside the property
