btw, IF (big if), Hillary does become the nominee (and yes, that seems to be a long shot at this point), I stand to make a hubfortune! I've got about $H70k bet on this one market alone. Plus I'd venture to say about $H30k on associated markets.
There truly needs to be some brokered solution. What that solution is, or how it is structured, is way beyond me. Every Dem I talk to has grown bitter these last two weeks, whether they are Obama or Hillary supporters. In any case, they say, we got to pick one at get the nomination over with.
In mosts cases, they're telling me that they will either sit out the general election, or vote for McCain, if 'their candidate', isn't the one. This is why it is really essential for there to be a clear candidate very soon, while trying to work a miracle to rekindle some sort of cohesion from both camps.

Also included in the worst offender category are those who 'push' marijuana to children. I haven't signed up any hubdubber for this role yet, so I may have to ask Al Pacino if he's interested.

A long time ago, it used to be the Brits who had the somewhat shallow skin. Now it's us Americans. And if the truth be known, it's probably the obvious maturation of British culture that has made the Brits so strong in this particular area, as well as in many others.
I find myself listening to British orators, and wishing we Americans had men and women like that.
What advice can you give those hubdubbers who find this type of market offending, besides 'get over it', and 'quit moralizing me'. Adequate 'elbow' space must be made. I absolute abhore the idea of any sensorship. But, just like TVs (at least those in USA) can be tweaked to block offensive materials, this site needs something similar. You might even have a 'country template', knowing from experience what ideas are 'beyond' the cultural norm. Then, uses who are 'interested', can select from among many 'socially questionable' topics, and freely enjoy them.

Put your shoes on, go down to the local recruitment station, and sign up. If you can't for any reason, find a service man or woman who is home on leave and thank them. That is all they want. A sincere thank you.

From the start, my goals were far more humble. Monitoring the Comments Sections, I discovered, in my view, a potential land mine for Hubdub, vis-a-vis the Military Corpse Counts. The questions didn't sit well with me.
They were in no way similar to the Britney Spears questions.
Then, the Patrick Swayze Market appears one morning. Then, I watched in amazement as the $H activity quickly grew. That question, in particular, has the flavor of a "Death Pool" question.
" Pat's gonna die. We don't know exactly when. I'll bet $H20 that he dies before ..." says Larry.
" I'll take that bet! " says Kenny.
