I don't know. It is working very strange. I've placed several thousands hd$$ on 50-100 & 100-150 and the odds keep tanking in a very short time.

I've reported this to the powers that be - fyi - one of my $500 wagers has a payout of over 36,000!!

@markov - I would have to disagree somewhat. I know some very well educated and intelligent people that vote with their hearts! Most are quite sincere in their beliefs and some are even astounded that I and others don't agree with them! I've found that it serves no good purpose to discuss politics with some of these folks. They tend to get more shrill as they discover that I am quite firm in my beliefs and that no matter how loud or long they talk, I'm not going to change those beliefs!
Some are so certain that their emotional viewpoint is so correct that they believe that the end always justifys the means. Cheating, lying, vandalism... makes no difference because the outcome is "correct"!
Unfortunately a great number of these folks are related to me either through marriage or blood so I have had to learn to live with them!
We all have our crosses to bear! LOL

No kidding? I want a job like that...... 2 years plus off with full pay, benefits, and perks while I go out and campaign for a promotion. Then if I don't get the promotion, I'll come right back to goofing at my old job just like I'd never left!

I think that any U.S. senator that wants to campaign for president should have to resign their seat. Then if they don't get the nomination or if they get nominated and lose, they can run to get their old job back as soon as it has another opening...

Right now it seems that while it is abbreviated, it is not delayed ---- but the question refers to the entire convention, not just the first day. They could still delay or even cancel part of the convention.

Looks like Nuri no longer qualifies as a typhoon. It is now "just" a tropical storm. Since the question specifically says typhoon, I assume a tropical storm would not be windy enough for a Yes settlement?

I thought about this after I had already worded the question, but the lawsuit has not actually been filed yet. I believe the outcomes should still be valid even if a deal is worked out before the lawsuit is filed. I suppose it would have been better to just ask "Will Denver Water open the dam road by Sep 1st?". Does the threat of a lawsuit count the same as actually filing one?

Blow a 5 run lead in the bottom of the ninth! I've found that I have control over the Diamondbacks - if I bet for them, they lose - if I bet against them, they win! This has been very consistent!

I think the question needs to be asked again around the all star break. There are some good teams like Tamp Bay and thge Cubs that should be in the running.

Ryanj - yes. As long as it is H2O ice and not some other frozen substance (they've already found "dry ice").

If they do find ice, they will turn it into water. Part of the process of determining what the samples are composed of is heating them up. I'm not a scientist, and I don't understand all of it, but apparently heating makes it easier to determine what they have.
