Well, its just more fun if you have money to bet on. Until you get to a stage where you're over 5000$, its kinda not as much fun/easy :D
Well, I think the best way to close this gap is to increase the "daily bonus" amount (which I have argued for elsewhere). The problem is that once you've spent your money, then thats it, there's no more to play if you have anything less than aboutt 500$, so if it is REALLY play money, then why not up the daily amount to 100$?
@dieseldog - save your intelligence for saving the US economy. I hope you've suspended (then resumed) your job to work on it! :P

I agree with destry's idea too. More incentives and money to play with, the better. And its surprising how much easier it is to play once you've earned over a certain amount ..
I kinda agree. It'll encourage more spending, which is what you want in the game. 50 dollars would be good. I think 100 would be too much ...
There you go - let the betting commence!

Calm down. I just wanted to clarify because I put a bet on thinking that you meant that winning the war would mean finishing above australia in the medals table. Evidentally, I am mistaken. I might even create a market about this :)
so how are we settling this? is it whether the brits would finish above the aussies in the medal table (i.e. ranking by gold, then silver etc), or are we just counting the medal tally?
