They haven't publicized the results of the mission yet. The MSNBC link given was to a story giving the mission brief.

I'd love to flag this, but you cannot flag something for being ridiculously obvious.
What happens if neither grows? Or is it just the highest % change?

Not really perpetual motion. The theory behind them is that they take advantage of the movements of electrons, and fluctuations in magnetic fields (which are really very close to the same thing) and the energy those have. They aren't really free energy, there is no such thing, they are just incredibly efficient. Free energy does not exist. Energy can change form, but cannot be destroyed or created.

The problem is, these probes don't detect water. They detect hydrogen, which we assume to be from water.
I think that the way they calculate the "value" of the prediction is with the percentage at what it would be with your money (amount originally invested) taken out of that prediction. Just a guess, though.
