i'd love to bet on this question, considering i just watched the episode. i have to use my better judgement. i think this question has reached it's expiration date!
also... the air quality is so poor in beijing... will it count if athletes can't compete because of the smog?
there are at least four other coastal states thare are neglected on this list. i.e. louisiana, mississippi, alabama, north carolina, virginia, maryland, new york
