The article refers to the mantle as being a possible source of nuclear activity. As the creator of this question I should have included the mantle as a possible source leading to an outcome of 'yes' in order to accurately pose the question I meant to ask.

Although I am tempted to feel somewhat proud that my government has acknowledged it's wrongdoing of the past I think it is important to recognize that the some of the diddlers, torturers and murderers of native N. I am not sure how B.C. is interpreting 'urban roads' but it is likely roads with speed limit of 50km/h or less.

My interpretation of highway is minimum 100 km/h however I think there may be some highways of 90km/h.

I suggest this question be clarified as pertaining to vehicles available for purchase to the public and driven on a highway of a minimum 90km/h speed limit.

When I made this question I was thinking that if anybody is rescued or has spent anytime inside the capsized ferry, their stories would be significant and any news articles would specifically speak of the fact that they had been inside the capsized ferry.

This question refers to people who would be trapped inside the capsized vessel and then escape and survive.

The President of the Philippines is blaming the Coast Guard for allowing the departure.
Survivors describe the ship suddenly lurching onto it's side. and now it rests upside down with the end exposed, and a hole in it's hull.
It seems to me that the vessel bottomed out and capsized. Engine failure would have disabled any ability to control it's course and cannot be disregarded as a contributing factor. Neither can the fact that human negligence is being reported as a contributing factor.
Tragedies of this scale are often attributed to a failure of more than one system.

I think the use of the primitive tool mentioned in this question is the main source of the ire felt by the international community, and I strongly feel that it's use must stop. Anybody with any sense of compassion must whince watching the implimentation of this weapon. I find it Ironic that the people of this area of Canada, (Newfoundland) are often found to be the friendliest of all of Canada. Traditionally the poorest part of Canada it provides one of the most Canadian cultural experiences any tourist can experience.

If the hunting of seals was done solely with rifles I feel it would be hard to differentiate between the seal hunt and anyother form of hunting.

In the video McCartney states that the majority of Canadians oppose the seal hunt. What is beyond my comprehension is why a user would leave a comment on this forum and not only expect a response but DEMAND it.
If anybody has a legitimate concern about a question they should FLAG the question. Failure to do this suggests to me a desire to be heard more than a desire to get results.

I think the outcome of this question is a good indication of the lack of gaming going on.
I feel it is so rare in fact that it would not take very long for a gamer to draw attention to themselves and be found out.

In reality many questions on hubdub are subject to gaming according to the terms randburg describes.
All one has to do is research hubdub and conspire a well timed crime to make alot of hubdub dollars.
Of course the rules of gaming still apply so if any hubdub member became associated with the crime publicly we would have no choice to subject them to the rules regarding gaming.
I am by no means comparing what this man has done to being a crime and I pray that his wife absolutely does not treat it that way, because he knows full well he is going to have to cut her some slack next time she does 'one of those things'.
