Yes, since the NHC Atlantic region includes the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico.

@bigken1 - They never even let me go down there. I dropped off things in West Memphis, AR, and then was routed north to St. Louis and then to Chicago. I'm now hoping that I can get out of here before the one road leading back to the Interstate floods; though this place is on high enough ground that it should be okay, the access road is in a bit of a ditch.

Hey pixel - Just noticed your http://www.hubdub.com/m13741/Will_Hillary_Clinton_gain_or_lose_any_delegates_when_nominated_in_Denver got voided... I see how its probably impossible to settle, but I really liked your question. I was trying to think of how else we could get at the "What will happen during the roll call" question... What about:
"Will it be reported that Hillary gains or loses pledged delegates during the nomination roll call"?
    A. Hillary gains Pledged Delegates
    B. Hillary loses Pledged Delegates
    C. No reports of pledged delegate changes

Then specify a single settlement source, probably CNN.

Just an idea, you don't have to use it, I was just trying to help brainstorm. It really was a great question, just not possible to settle with all those undeclared supers running around in there. Have a great week! Jenni
