Yeah you definitely got all your bases covered. I just find it funny that if ol' Jeb is asked if he is considering a presidential run and he simply answers "Yes" this question would be settled as no. I've never known a politician to give a straightforward answer though.

The question is not whether or not Obama is eligible to be a citizen, it is whether or not he is eligible to be President. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for example. He's a citizen, a Governor, and is not eligible to be president.

I'd be happy if he'd just give the court his original birth certificate. Why wont he? His own relatives have apparently said that they witnessed Obama's birth in Kenya. Not Hawaii. Obviously he doesn't know for sure where he was born though.

What a great example of how alarmists try to silence dissent. By questioning the credibility of two MIT professors. It's especially ridiculous when you have plastic surgeons, landscape architects, and hotel administrators signing on to reports that were cited by Gore as proof of "consensus." I understood what you were trying to say. The FACT is that convicted felons are stripped of there second amendment rights. The FACT is, as you pointed out, they are still obtaining firearms and committing murders with them. The only thing eliminating the second amendment would do is deny good people the ability to defend themselves and their families from said criminals.

If you read up on the story you'll see that the kid's father and brother were with him. If one of his family members had a firearm he may have been able to fire back through the door and prevent the child from being killed.

When you consider that the government has jets, smart bombs, cruise missiles, satellites, unmanned drones, etc...; semi-automatic pistols/rifles, or even fully automatic rifles don't seem that bad. The purpose of the second amendment is to ensure the population has the ability to defend themselves from big government. Without firearms the USA wouldn't have been able to fight and defeat the British Empire. The ability to defend yourself from intruders is a fringe benefit. THE SECOND AMENDMENT ENSURES THAT THE REST OF OUR FREEDOMS STAY INTACT. Personally I'm a Libertarian so I know this country is far from perfect.
One great thing about being an American is that we're the biggest, the baddest, and the best. The general feeling is that if you don't like it you can kiss our big fat American asses. Just the general feeling.
Emission and seatbelt laws lead/led to restrictions on which cars you can buy (new). The Hummer H1 and the Corvair for example. These laws are only slightly less invasive because the right to own automobiles isn't written into the constitution. Gun control laws are a slippery slope. I wouldn't say nobody wants him. He brought in great ratings for EliteXC and CBS. The problem is that he was thrown in the spotlight too soon. He needs to work his way up the ranks like everybody else before he starts headlining anywhere. Strikeforce, Cage Rage, or some other smaller promotion will probably pick him up. In any economic downturn there are always three industries that never take a hit: tobacco, sex, and alcohol. The last time we had prohibition many people believe it helped bring on the great depression. There are already too many parallels being drawn between now and 1929.

Haha! Bad news man, you can't have a machine gun. Automatic weapons are illegal in the US. All legal assault rifles sold to civilians in the US are semi automatic. From 1994 to 2004 it was illegal to buy an assault rifle period. Even if it was semi automatic. I really don't want that to happen again. The 2nd amendment guarantees the rest of our rights.
Well, I have enough Bibles but I'm seriously worried that Obama, with the help of Pelosi and Reid, would help pass something similar to the Brady Bill. It's my understanding that you can set up a list of people that you have to take a breath test before calling (i.e. ex-girlfriends) and you can use it to see if you're too drunk to drive. Sounds more useful than a camera phone to me.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has opened a preliminary investigation into the Kimbo vs Petruzelli fight. First the face of their organization got whooped and now there are allegations of corruption and what basically amounts to trying to fix a fight. This doesn't look good for EXC which was rumored to have financial difficulties even before this fight. Obviously there is no proof of anything yet but no one's been looking for it. Once they talk to Shamrock, Kimbo, Petruzelli, Shaw, Lappen, and anyone else present at the pre-fight talks my guess is that there will be a full-scale investigation. There have been conflicting statements released by some fighters regarding being paid to stand with Kimbo and I wouldn't be surprised if Kimbo's previous opponents were questioned as to what kind of deal they were offered.

What did I say? Kimbo is an amature. They even put him against another scrub. Kimbo is a tough guy and back when MMA was first starting out he would have been great. Now, however, the fighters are too technical. They are athletes now and not just street brawlers.

If he gets through Ken I'd like to see him fight Tito. There are rumors of an Elite XC and Affliction merger so that fight might actually happen. Elite XC doesn't pay enough to get Tito by themselves. Tito might not be as good as he once was but he'd destroy Kimbo.

I know mork and it's very helpful. Anyways, it's my understanding that, even in emergencies, it takes at least 5-10 days to get DNA samples back from the lab. Usually it's more like 6 weeks. I don't think this is an emergency so that's a long time to leave this question suspended for no reason. Just my opinion.

I gave Cummo a slight advantage because of the quality of opponents he has faced. His record sucks but most of his losses have been by decision and at the hands of good fighters. He also has more Octagon experience.

The eye poke was obvious on the replay. The ref (I think it was Steve Mazagatti) didn't catch it though. The TKO will probably be reversed. The fight went to the third round so it may go the judges scorecards. If this is the case than Johnson has a chance at winning by decision. Or it may be called a no contest.

GSP is the welterweight champion, was voted "most dangerous man in the world", and is widely considered to be one of the best fighters in the sport. Also there's no "other" option. In case of a tie, disqualification, or no contest this question would have to be voided. Bottom line: poor question.

This was supposed to be such an incredible fight card. I'm really disappointed (along with many mma fans) that so many fighters were removed from the event. The original fight card would have been so good it could have caused an international incident. I rate the original fight card a 9 out of 10. The new fight card gets a 7.5.
he's fighting in elite xc now. Now that elite xc is on network tv and he is headlining the first event... he's not going anywhere. I'd bet a lot on "no" if it would tie up my H$ for so long.
Pirate attacks are more common than most people think. I agree markov, a few merchant marines on each ship with automatic weapons would solve the problem. Now they only use acoustic deterrents. Not quite as effective as a .50 cal. or a 30mm.
