I think the question does ask if it will surpass (i.e. go above 145 at any point). I also think the starting odds are off. If it was to close up over 145 then it may be ok, but to go over 145 at any point before July 11th @ 65% is off. It's difficult to change the meaning now to close above when people may have been wagering on going above at any point. I may have to void and ask a re-post. What do we think?

But I think that the market should now be settled as Another outcome as it has ran on for long enough and people have been wagering in relation to the suspend date. Any thoughts?
