sharon91977Sharon - It was just as much of a surprise to me. I think you're in good company about not liking the new "feature". I would expect to see it at least partially turned off very soon!
Hi Sharon -- At the moment, only admins can embed videos. Regular users like you and me can only do very limited things when creating questions.
I created the question, then sent the video links to one of the "Tech Team" (by using the "contact us" link -- under "Help".)
Without their help, the question would never have looked as good as it does!
Will you be able to add some background to your existing Emmy questions?

Hi Sharon -- it's EXCELLENT that you created so many Emmy Award questions!!!
Maybe you could add some background to some of them, so users know the "how and why" behind the "starting odds" that you set...
Maybe it was based on Nielson ratings, or the total number of nominations a program received, or if the show was nominated (or won/lost) last year... etc.
That would both help explain the odds to users (for example "Amazing Race" has, I think, consistently received the Emmy, but had lower starting odds in your question -- why?) -- AND it would likely encourage more users to make predictions on your questions! ;-)
You can request that "background text" be added to an existing question, by clicking on the "Flag for review" link, then include in the flag what you want to have added. The Category Editor will be happy to add background text and links to existing questions.
